He employs a blended therapeutic approach that puts the emphasis on helping his clients realize their preferred best selves while managing the issues that have brought them into therapy in a supportive, empathetic, and affirmative fashion. He is a Diamond Certified Solutions Focused Brief Therapist and utilizes complementary elements of Person-Centered Therapy, Hope Theory, and Family Systems Theory.

He has worked in both inpatient hospital and outpatient settings with a concentration in young people from tweens through young adulthood and all of the life transitions in between. Specifically, he has worked with clients who have survived significant trauma and abuse, depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, and work-related stress.

With couples of all orientations, he leverages specialized training in the solution-building approach. This method puts the emphasis on where you want to find yourselves as a couple in your near-term future, finding your existing strengths, history of success, and pathways to becoming the couple you have envisioned for yourselves.

Morgan brings a rather unique experience to bear for his clients, having worked for a decade in mental health care and more than a decade in the corporate world as a software development manager.
